When is BISA the right start, and when BEIA?
BISA 1 fits when you first want a reliable baseline and will carry out the immediate actions yourself; BISA 2 then checks their effect and develops the target state and roadmap. BEIA fits ahead of a major decision, investment, acquisition, or succession: the full enterprise view in one cycle.
Is SIMO an IT consultancy?
No. The subject of our advice is the company, not the technology. We clarify decision paths, accountability, data ownership, and auditability, and then support implementation until the benefit is proven. Data is the medium and the evidence, not the purpose.
What company size is the advice suited to?
