Enablement so your team carries on
We make you independent, including of us.
Executives, managers, data owners, and business units learn to run the data strategy themselves and to use AI responsibly. We train on your own data and cases, describe roles such as data owner and AI champion, and document attendance as evidence.

What it is about
Knowledge that stays in your company
A data strategy only works if your team runs it day to day. That is why enablement starts on the first day of an engagement. We work alongside your people, explain our decisions, and hand over tools and documentation so your team can carry on without us.
For management, we offer training that also covers legal requirements, for example under Section 38 BSIG (the German act implementing NIS2). For data owners, data stewards, and AI champions, we describe roles and rules and practice them on your own data and cases.

The EU AI Act requires companies that use AI to take measures to promote the AI literacy of their staff (Article 4 as amended in July 2026). We develop a training plan with documented attendance that fits your applications.
After the handover, we remain available as a sounding board on demand whenever you want a second opinion. Our goal remains that you need us for this less and less.

What you gain
Independence that remains when we leave
Your team leads itself
Your people carry the data strategy forward themselves after the handover. Outside advice becomes the exception, reserved for specialist questions.
Obligations met and documented
Management training and evidence of AI literacy are in place when auditors or customers ask for them.
Roles that work in daily practice
Data owners and data stewards know what is expected of them and have the tools to deliver it.
Learning on your own case
Training uses your data and processes. What is practiced in training applies in operations the next day.

In practice
Appointed, but not yet in practice
After a data strategy project, data owners have been appointed, yet in daily work nobody feels accountable. We describe the roles concretely, practice decisions on real cases, and agree on fixed dates for quality reviews. A few months later these reviews take place without us being there.
A typical scenario as we encounter it in engagements, not a single client case.
