AI with real value
on reliable data

We help you use AI where it delivers measurable value, on data that is reliable, and with rules that hold up in front of customers and regulators. For us, AI starts with the data, not with the model.

What it is about

Data first, then the model

In many companies AI is already in use, often without shared rules. Employees work with chat assistants, business units test their own tools, vendors build AI into existing software. Where which data leaves the company along the way is rarely clear to management.

That is why we start with an inventory and with the use cases that matter for your business. For each use case we assess the expected benefit as a target, the effort and the data basis. Often the biggest lever lies first in better data and only then in a model.

We compare models and platforms independently and with the same question as for infrastructure: where do they run, and who can access the data? Wherever possible, we recommend environments in which the AI comes to the data.

The result is an AI rulebook: which applications are permitted, who approves them, how AI-generated content is labelled and which obligations under the EU AI Act apply to you. That makes AI a governed part of your business.

What you gain

AI with impact, under your control

  1. Value before technology

Use cases are prioritised by expected benefit, effort and data basis. You invest first where AI makes a difference in your business.

  2. Knowing where your data flows

You know which data goes into which AI application and where it is processed. That is the basis for every approval.

  3. Rules that work in daily practice

The AI rulebook states clearly what is permitted, who approves and how content is labelled. Employees gain confidence instead of running into blanket bans.

  4. Prepared for the EU AI Act

You know the obligations that apply to your applications and have the evidence ready before anyone asks for it.

What we analyse

The view of the whole

  • Use cases and their benefit
  • Data basis and AI readiness
  • Models and platforms, compared independently
  • Classification under the EU AI Act
  • Skills and accountability in the team

What you receive

Results that belong to you

  • Prioritised use cases
  • A recommendation for architecture and platform
  • An AI rulebook with approval and labelling

How we work

Four steps, each with a result

  1. Step 1

    Take stock

We establish where AI is already used today and which data is processed along the way.

  2. Step 2

    Assess the use cases

We prioritise by benefit as a target, effort, data basis and risk.

  3. Step 3

    Choose the platform

We compare models and operating locations independently and recommend an architecture.

  4. Step 4

    Set the rules

We develop the AI rulebook with approval, labelling and classification under the AI Act.

From practice

AI is already in-house, the rules are still missing

In one company several departments use chat assistants, some of them with customer data. Instead of a blanket ban, we record actual use, assess the use cases and recommend an approved environment. Employees keep working with AI, now with clear rules, and management knows where which data is processed.

A typical scenario as we encounter it in engagements, not a single client case.

When it pays off

Typical occasions

  • Business units use AI without shared rules

  • Before investing in an AI platform

  • When AI is to be used in customer interactions

Questions and answers

What managing directors ask about it

What does the AI Act require of my company?

Since August 2026, transparency obligations apply, for example for chatbots and AI-generated content. For high-risk applications under EU AI Act Annex III, such as recruitment or credit checks, further obligations follow from December 2027.

As of October 2026, not legal advice

Does my data stay under control when I use AI?

“Your data stays your data.” We assess where models run and who can access data, and recommend environments in which the AI comes to the data.
