How the check works

The Decision Readiness Check shows how close your project is to a decision that holds. It asks about the trigger, the groundwork, the constraints, and the timing, and turns your answers into a score between 0 and 100.

• Twelve questions, four themes

  Project, groundwork, constraints, and decision. Every question has fixed answers, so there is nothing to look up.

• A score with a clear rule

  Each answer scores 0 to 15 points; the total is scaled to 100. The last question does not count toward the score; it helps us prepare for the conversation.

• Your answers stay with you

  The evaluation runs in your browser, without AI. Only if you send the result is it transmitted, encrypted, to SIMO GmbH.

The four levels

0 to 39Orientation

There is no clear trigger or timing yet. An engagement would not pay off right now.

40 to 59Needs clarification

The trigger is there, but important groundwork is missing. Deciding now means deciding on uncertain ground.

60 to 79Building decision readiness

Much is in place. A few gaps will decide whether the decision holds.

80 to 100Executive decision priority

Large impact, short timeframe, solid groundwork: this decision belongs on the executive agenda now.
